Over the course of the last ten years Steve Fisher has defined the sport of whitewater kayaking. Growing up in South Africa, Fisher began paddling at the age of six. Developing his skills on the Zambezi River, Fisher takes us on a ten year journey that provides a rare insight into being one of the world’s most dominant kayakers. If you were at the recent release of Orphan, you saw a big new trailer bursting out at you for The Book of Eli, a January release with lots of star power, including Gary Oldman, Mila Kunis and Denzel Washington. When America, and possibly the world beyond, gets turned into a post-Apocalyptic wasteland, one man fights his way across the blasted plains and blighted landscape to protect a book. But as you’d probably expect, this is no ordinary book. In fact, by all indications, the so-called Book of Eli might be enough to save humanity. Check out the trailer. Apocalypse seems to be all the rage these days, with Fallout 3 still ruling Xbox 360s, the Discovery Channel running The Colony, and the 2012 movie only months away.
